Service
- The Company (Artime Sdn. Bhd.) provides a monthly subscription service for the delivery of materials and instructions needed to create a fun and creative craft (a “Craft Kit”).
- To subscribe, you must create a user account.
- During the subscription, when you click the ‘checkout’ button, you have agreed to the set terms & conditions.
- The services/products above are currently available in West Malaysia only.
Payment (Credit Card Validation/Subscription)
- For credit card validation purposes, under banking rules, there are 2 X months charges for the 1st-month deduction. Note:-
- Once validated, the additional 1 X month deduction will be reverted back into your account.
- Please monitor your bank statement for the payment reversal
- We are unable to provide a time frame for the payment reversal
- Card Validation is applicable to all credit/debit cards (for all banks)

- Shipping and handling charges are included with your order.
- All paid subscription fees are non-refundable/transferable/exchangeable.
- Your subscription will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you.
- Your subscription will be renewed on the 11th of every month or after *term (*3, 6, 12 prepay package).
- You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us 10 days before the renewal date (11th of every month).
- After cancellation no refund will be given, and any remaining subscribed “Craft Kit” will be sent to you on monthly basis.
- When making payment via credit card, and the payment processors will ensure that your payment data is handled securely at every step.
Delivery/Replacement
- Upon successful payment, we will send out the “Craft Kit” on the 1st of every month.
- If you find part of your “Craft Kit” is missing/damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- The Company (Artime Sdn. Bhd.) will, either replace the missing/damaged parts of the ‘Craft Kit’ or send you a whole new “Craft Kit”.
Safety
- The “Craft Kit” may contain small parts which may be choking hazards to young children.
Data Privacy
- All personal data provided in this website will be kept confidential.
- We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals.
Intellectual Property
- The Company (Artime Sdn. Bhd.) is the exclusive owner of all designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, and other content on the Website and the “Craft Kit”.
Refund Policy
- Purchase/payments made is NON-REFUNDABLE, however any report of missing/damage parts will be assessed by the merchant, and any forms of negotiation and possible replacement will be at the sole discretion of the merchant.
- Any claims of missing/damage items must be made within 5-7 days upon the receipt of the item.
- If the original item is to be replaced, and is out of stock, the merchant reserves the right to replace the item with the equivalent or similar item.
- Replacement may be delivered to customer within 5-7 days (Working days only).
- Replacement is not exchangeable to cash.
- Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the merchant, however in the event of special circumstances, this may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the merchant.
